Off Hand is a the non-dominant hand slot on the Character Sheet, and is where Off Hand items can be equipped.
Off Hand Items
Some Off Hand items can be found as loot and some can be crafted by Players.
Many one-handed Weapons (such as Longsword) can be equipped in the Off Hand.
Shields are equipped in the Off Hand.
