Wild Lightning is an effect bonus that is found on various items. An increase in wild lighting results in the following effects:

Discharge - has a greater range and radius (each increase in wild lighting will increase range and radius).
Lightning - hits 2 targets instead of one (but raising wild lighting above +1, does not increase the number of targets beyond 2).
Chain Lightning - seems to increase the likelihood that the lighting chain will strike more targets.
The Focus cost of each of the skills above is increased with each additional increase in wild lighting.
