This spell summons a Will-O-Wisp. This Magic Summons does no damage to enemies, but can Mesmerize and apply other short-duration random debuffs to the enemy. It also is a very faint light source.

Effect
- Increasing Summon Will-O-Wisp level lowers the focus cost and fizzle chance.
- Stacking and charging glyphs improve the focus cost.
