This spell summons a Will-O-Wisp. This Magic Summons does no damage to enemies, but it does apply random debuffs (that last a few seconds) to the enemies. It also is a faint light source.

Effect
- Increasing Summon Will-O-Wisp level lowers the focus cost and fizzle chance.
- Stacking and charging glyphs improve the focus cost.
