Spawn of Pele is a hostile Lava Golem boss that resides in The Breach (Pele will only spawn as part of the wave battle in the The Breach; see The Breach for details on the wave battle and how to trigger it).
Pele is resistant to both physical and magical damage.

Elementals are powerful beings that mages can summon to fight for them. Summoned Elementals are surrounded by magical bindings that keep them under the thrall of the summoning mage whereas wild elementals are free of these constraints.[1]
