This is a crafted Treasure Map that is used to help you find buried treasure. The components of this map (Decrepit Treasure Map Pieces 1 to 4), can be found by digging up the chests shown on Decrepit Treasure Maps and Blood Stained Treasure Maps.
When you dig up the treasure on this map, you will be awarded with an Ancient Sextant.
Recipe
Selleck (on the docks in Port Harmony) will tell you this recipe if you ask him about "pieces" (he will only describe the recipe in his conversation; he will not hand you a recipe document nor will he add it to your recipe book). So, to learn this recipe, you must use the ingredients on the Alchemy Station and click "craft" (The recipe is discover-able).
