Player Vendor is a specific type of Vendor that is owned and managed by a player. The Player Vendor is a Decoration that allows other players to interact with it.
Player Vendors are capable of selling any item in the game. You can list items for sale on a Player Vendor if you own the vendor or if have permission to list items on the vendor.
