Template:Infobox Item Property Markers are a decoration that have 2 functions:

They designate a specific size Lot that can be claimed by a player.
Double-clicking the marker opens a window that allows a player to view the Lot information and to claim the lot (if it has not been claimed akready. This window also allows a lot owner to place a house on the lot, manage lot permissions, and acess various other lot related options.

Property markers can have the following form/appearance/appearance:
