Watchers are small, mechanical beings in service to the Oracle.
Overview
Watchers appear to be large spiders with a single, large, hellish eye. While at a glance they appear to be creatures, closer inspection reveals they are in fact mechanical in nature, the noise they produce from moving also earning them the nickname "Clankers". Apparently they are built and controlled by the mysterious Oracle, who sends them out into the world to observe and report back. Three can currently be found wandering around the outskirts of the village of Braemar, but evidently they are no longer receiving guidance from the Oracle which leaves them to act like the simple spiders they appear to be. When approached, the Watchers will flee immediately, hinting they most likely have no combat proficiency at all.
