Where Found

Obsidian Band has a chance to be obtained from loot from Pyre, Lord of Fire in The Breach and from hidden chests in the Hilt Fortress (see Obsidian Forge Recipes for the locations of these chests).

Crafting

Template:Salvage The Imbued Jewel of Magic Resistance can be socketed into a non-artifact crafted Ring and Necklace items, with the recipe Recipe: Imbued Jewel Socketed Ring or Amulet.

The chance for this item to be yielded from salvaging, depends on the tier type of the item salvaged. Artifact Salvaging Chance to yield an Imbued Gem or Jewel:

Trivia

Added various common artifacts from various sources:

  • Increased drop rate of Common Ring of the Obsidian on tier 15 fire elemental bosses, now also with lesser chances for an uncommon or rare instead. Also, added a slight drop chance for this ring amongst the 9 hidden chests throughout Hilt Fortress.[1]
