The Aether Dragon (an Aether Creature) is part of the Seasonal Content. Aether dragons only spawn when the comet is visible in the sky of New Britannia (which is several months per year real-life time, often May through September).
The unique loot from this dragon is the Aether Dragon Head.

Astronomers across New Britannia have noted that the approaching comet has agitated the creatures of New Britannia, making many bolder and more ferocious. Rumors suggest that the aether surrounding the comet has been mutating some of the most powerful creatures into new monstrous variations.
