Farmer Filmore of Solace Bridge Outskirts was very distraught about loosing his prized chicken, Betty, to the local alpha wolf. He asked that if I kill this alpha wolf, if I would try to retrieve Betty's sparkly collar. A small memento of his love for that chicken, I suppose.
Talk to Filmore, kill the alpha wolf and loot it, return to Filmore, and give Filmore the Collar. Then Filmore will reward you with 250 gold, 16,000 XP, and the Leather Helm of Love.
