You can only have 1 of these at a time. This ticket can be given to a Magic Supplies Merchant for a reward of gold, experience points, and a Ring of the Frogkin, Common. To get the reward, use the keyword "survey", then the keyword "question". Answer the questions, then type the keyword "question" again. Keep doing this until you have answered all the questions.
