Once you gather the ingredients, you can give the Castle Atos Ingredients list and the ingredients themselves to either Shengtong (the Grill Chef) or Stanslava (the Bakery Chef).
It is unknown if your virtue is effected by which person you give the ingredients to; however, it seems possible that giving items to Shengtong may have a positive effect on your virtue and giving the ingredients to [[Stanslava] may have a negative effect on your virtue.
