Regarding modifications to artifact rings (such as the Ring of Chrysopoeia):
- Can be socketted with a non-imbued Jewel. For example, if you socket this ring with a Gaiaism Jewel (Refined Gemstone), then you will add an additional +5 earth attunement to the ring.
- Can be modified with Enchantment.
- Cannot be socketed with an Imbued Jewel.
- Cannot be Masterworked.
Ring of Chrysopoeia is an artifact ring equipment item. This item has five different tier types:
- Ring of Chrysopoeia, Common
- Ring of Chrysopoeia, Uncommon
- Ring of Chrysopoeia, Rare
- Ring of Chrysopoeia, Legendary
- Ring of Chrysopoeia, Epic
Where Found
Ring of Chrysopoeia can be obtained by completing one of the the Daily Quests in Lord British’s Castle and a chance to be found as loot drops for defeating Kobold Grenadier creatures.
Crafting
Note that the Imbued Jewel of the Master Alchemist gives the same bonuses as an Epic Ring of Chrysopoeia (i.e. + 10 Alchemy, +10 Alchemy Enchantment).
The Imbued Jewel of the Master Alchemist can be socketted into a non-artifact crafted Ring and Necklace items, with the recipe Recipe: Imbued Jewel Socketed Ring or Amulet.
The chance for this item to be yielded from salvaging, depends on the tier type of the item salvaged. Artifact Salvaging Chance to yield an Imbued Gem or Jewel:
