Vendors are NPCs that sells items to the Avatar.

There are three different types of Vendors:

Player Vendors - These can sell player crafted items and merchant vendor items, and are owned by an Avatar.
Public Vendors - These can sell player crafted items and merchant vendor items, and are owned by Catnip Games.
Merchant Vendors - These only sell merchant vendor items, and are owned by Catnip Games.
