Where Found
Sword of Speed, Common can be obtained by completing the Bounty Hunter quest which starts by speaking to a Bounty Hunter in Roving Encounters and from loot from Ebon Dawn melee fighters.[1]

Release 88 added various common artifacts from various sources:
- Added Common Sword of Speed to Ebon Dawn melee loot, with higher tiers having increased chances. Also, the repeatable Bounty quest available in roaming encounters now offers a common version of this artifact as an additional reward.
