Template:Infobox Location North Naryad Pinelands is a Tier 3 Adventuring Area.
For as long as anyone can remember, the Pinelands have been the primary source of lumber for Harvest and other nearby communities. Scores of dedicated workers have enjoyed good, fulfilling lives among the trees…until recently. A lumber company took a first step toward exploring mining opportunities in the area and accidentally released something horrible. It’s not yet clear what’s happened, but all the workers are dead or missing and bandits are already picking through the now-abandoned operation.[1]

Trivia[edit]
- Inspiration for the area has come from the Black Forest region of southwest Germany.[2]
- 'Throughout the level, you’ll discover how hardy lumberjacks chopped pines from the rugged terrain and hauled them off to a nearby shipping and processing center. One of the many threats to the settlers of Northern Verdantis are bands of savage barbarians who have utilized the land to craft their homes up on the trees.[2]
- The river that passes through the lumber mill/docks finalizes in a serene lake nestled between rugged cliffs and wooded pine. Toward the southeast is the lumber mills and docks. Hardy workers would live in humble shacks while they worked at the lumber mills. In the distance are the Varisalla Foothills of Verdantis.[3]
