A player's base water attunement is the average of the player's ten highest water magic skill levels. Both active and innate skills count. Unlearned skills count as level 0.
Water Attunement does not affect Evaporate, Glacial Glissade, Icy Puncture, Icy Thrust, Summon Ice Elemental, Summon Water Elemental, or water magic innate skills.
