Template:Under Construction In order to unlock new Skills you must visit a skill trainer. You can view your skills by pressing the default (K) key. Speak to a Skill Trainer and click the Train button, and then you can choose to level-up a skill by paying a slight gold cost. Each skill can have up to 5 several Tiers of skills in them (Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3, Tier 4 and Tier 5). Various trainers can only teach you some tiers of skills, or all tiers of skills.
