Template:Under Construction Quests in Shroud of the Avatar can be started in many different ways. For example: Overhearing a woman sobbing[1], you happen to find a very strange Mystical Looking-Glass[2], you find a report on a dead body[3] or the good old fashioned way, speaking to a NPC.
Once you receive a Quest, you will see a Task added to your screen that will also have a short description when you move your mouse over the Task and then a matching Journal Entry in your Journal, with more information related to the current quest.
There are various different types of quests you can find in Shroud of the Avatar:
