Effect[edit]
- Celestial Blessing can target its caster, or a pet or party member.
- Increasing Celestial Blessing level raises the focus cost, but lowers the fizzle chance.
- Moon Attunement affects the duration of all effects.
- Stacking and charging glyphs improve the focus cost.
