The main harbor hosts a lot of boat traffic at its peak. North of the harbor is the Warehouse District. Rails line the streets to facilitate the transportation of cargo from the warehouses to the harbor. Brittany Wharfs will have plenty of town sized player lots. As a matter of fact the vast majority of lots in this neighborhood of Brittany will be town size. A healthy produce market can also be found in town. Serene streets lie just a few blocks away from the hustle and bustle of the harbor.[1]

The Brittany Wharfs is a coastal neighborhood rampant with merchants and trade. Town Lots will predominate in this neighborhood. Below we catch a glimpse of the Harbor at dawn. Big and small boats fill the harbor, industry and shipbuilding are present, and a fort overlooks the harbor providing defensive support to the heart of Brittany located just down the coast. A water community with plenty of water lots is located on the north side of the Wharfs. For all you water lot lovers, there will be village, town, city and even a keep island lot, but you gotta catch them while they’re hot! A cluster of shops focusing on armor, combat, and weapons are all conveniently located a short walk away from player housing.[2]

Overlooking the Harbor, a protective fort looks out to Sea protecting the vital trade market of the Brittany Wharfs. Water communities line the northside of the Brittany Wharfs, including a Duke Island Lot.. The Warehouse District lies near the gate to Brittany. Rumors abound of a black market in the area filled with notorious activity and contraband smuggling; the dark side of the merchants and trade that keep the Brittany Wharfs alive. Merchants who make their lives on bargain and trade live in the Wharfs propering from the rich trade in the area. The Rusty Satyr Inn is a place for merchants and sailors to sit down and have a drink after a long day at the Harbor. Open areas for players are plentiful in the Wharfs, from outdoor water patios to small stages all focused on providing the best commodity.[3]
