A player's base air attunement is the average of the player's ten highest air magic skill levels. Both active and innate skills count. Unlearned skills count as level 0.
Air Attunement does not affect Chaotic Backdraft, Clumsy, Gust, Piercing Breeze, Shock Arrow, Summon Air Elemental, or air magic innate skills.
