Simply right-click the item, then select “Package Item for Trade” which will spawn an option window requesting a payment for the packaging (payment must be made in Crowns of the Obsidians. The other player can un-package the item by double-clicking on it, and item will become a No Trade item in their inventory. In other words, the packaging allows you to give the item to another player, but the item remains No Trade for them.
Not all No Trade items can be packaged for trade. If an item cannot be packaged, then the option will not appear in the right-click menu.
