Town lots are located in most towns and cities across New Britannia. The Player Owned Town Town Water Lot Property Deed can be used to claim either a land-based Town (or Village or Row) lot or a water-based Town lot in a Player Owned Town. (NOTE: A house is not included with the property deed.)
