Template:Tocright no numbers Episodes are the major content updates for this game. There are supposed to be 5 episodes and the 4 additional episodes are supposed to be released in subsequent years after the initial game release, which is currently estimated to be at the end of 2015. This page will contain the overview of the episode releases only. The Patch Notes can be found here.

Episode 1

Release 1

Template:Main Pre-Alpha Release 1 took place on December 12, 2013 @ 10:30 Central - December 16, 2013 @ 10:00 Central.

Players tested the Install / Patching system, Login / Registration, Character Creation, Single Player Online, Owl’s Head, Conversation, Bag Inventory, Equipment, House Claiming, House Decorating, and Metrics.

Release 2

Template:Main Pre-Alpha Release 2 took place on January 23, 2014 @ 10:00 - January 27, 2014 @ 10:00 Central.

Players tested Crafting, Kingsport, List Inventory, Character Customization++, Jumping, Run Speed, Mac & Linux, and Recipe Log.

Release 3

Template:Main Pre-Alpha Release 3 took place on February 20, 2014 @ 10:00 - February 25, 2014 @ 15:48 Central.

Players tested Open Multiplayer Online, Chat, Emotes, Braemar, Shopping, Configurable Controls, Crafting Improvements (Auto Place, Take All, Starter Recipes, Recipe Status, More Recipes), Walking, Friends & Anti-Friends (Blocking), Player Housing in SPO, Player Made Music, and Ladders.

Release 4

Template:Main Pre-Alpha Release 4 took place on March 27, 2014[1]

Players tested Performance Optimizations, Overworld Map System, 10 Scenes in the Hidden Vale, Combat: auto attack only, Quests, Loot, Crafting: Resource Gathering, Player Housing, Parties, Mac/Linux Patching, Swimming, Jumping.

Release 5

Template:Main Pre-Alpha Release 5 took place on April 24, 2014[2]

Players tested Combat and Magic Skills, Journal, Compass, Overland Map and new Housing.

Release 6

Template:Main Pre-Alpha Release 6 took place on May 22, 2014[2]

This release added few new features, choosing instead to work on polish and enhancement to existing features.

Release 7

Template:Main Pre-Alpha Release 7 took place on June 26, 2014[2]

The release added skill sigils, decks, and player-vs-player combat.

Release 8

Template:Main Release 8 took place on July 24, 2014[3]

First PVP Release, RTX Attendee Access, Alienware Arena Access.

Release 9

Template:Main Release 9 took place on August 21, 2014[3]

Additional PVP, Combat skills, Durability and repair, Minimap system

Release 10

Template:Main Release 10 took place on September 25, 2014[3]

This release added a few new features, including a Challenge Dungeon and in-game quest, however was focused on polish and enhancement to existing features.

Release 11

Steam integration, Character advancement, Control points NPC Conversations[4]

24/7 test with extended uptime.

Release 12

Template:Main Release 12 took place on November 20, 2014[3]

Skill trainers, Housing deeds, Skilled crafting, Guilds, Banks, Encumbrance, Tutorials, Pledge rewards[4]

24/7 uptime announced[5]

Steam Early Access
