This crafting material doesn't show up in current (R17)in-game recipes available from the Crafting Vendors in Owl's Head. The required component Flax Fiber seems to no longer exist in-game, so it is not possible to even try out the recipe.

In R17, cloth recipes now call for the crafting material Spool of Cotton Thread.

Proposal: Create a new separate page for the crafting material Spool of Cotton Thread. (Currently, searching for this term re-directs to http://sotawiki.net/sota/Spool_of_Thread. This page contains two recipes, which is confusing. You don't even see the 2nd recipe without scrolling.)
