Non-Combat Pet are Tamed Creatures that can follow the Avatar when summoned, but will not assist in combat.

Converting Adult Non-combat Tamed Horse to Mount
Give your Horse taming necklace to one of the NPCs below, and they will give you a horse Mount that corresponds to the tupe of horse in the taming necklace.
- Nob - The stableboy in Owl's Head.
