This Ephemeral Relic can only be obtained from hunting treasure using Treasure Maps in a PVP zone.
It has a very low durability and cannot be repaired.
The Free Will effect seems to increase the chance that you will be able to move when rooted or stunned. With the Amulet equipped, you are more likely to be able to move when rooted (such as by the Root spell or a spider web) and when stunned (such as by a skeleton's hammer or cultists shield bash).
