Parry gives the player a chance to block the eligible incoming attacks for a modest amount of time. For the first few seconds immediately after using Parry, you will receive a much larger bonus. Tactics Specialization increases the duration of the larger bonus.
The parry skill can be used with any melee weapon. Most ranged attacks and magical spells cannot be parried. [1]
