This item can be obtained from Knight-Commander [[Torben]] in the city of [[Harvest]].

When you talke to Anna, she will send you on a quest to get "The Path of Eight Steps". When you give "The Path of Eight Steps" to Anna Faraday, she will give you the Plate Leggings of Courage.
First, you must start a series of quests by talking to Torben. After you have completed the series of quests, return to Torben and tell him "book" and you will be given these leggings.
