The Beast's Lair is in Spectral mines, which is nested within Spectral Foothills. The Beast's lair is in a cave that shows on the compass as a point of interest called "Cave of Uncertain Choices". In the picture below, you enter Spectral Mines on the lower left. Follow the red arrow to the "Cave of Uncertain Choices", which has 2 main branches. The Lepus Zombie wave battle will spawn in one of the the two cave branches (the Dark Archlapin of Death and Destruction, a Seasonal Content] boss, will spawn at the end of the zombie waves if it is mid March to mid May).
