This is a Daily Quest that you can complete by talking to Shimzu in Spite. In order to do this quest, you need to have completed the Get a Wildflower quest (which will give you the Recipe: Burial Coffin that you need to craft a Burial Coffin).
If you give a coffin to Shimzu, he will give you 3 Potion of Potency.
