Where Found
Fungus - Ring of the Frogkin can drop as loot from fungus creatures, with increased drop rates from higher tier creatures and green fungi. High tier fungi in PvP zones seem to have the best chance of dropping the ring.[1]
Frogs - Ring of the Frogkin can drop as loot from frogs.
Ecology Researcher quest - this is one of the Repeatable Quests; completing this quest will award a common Ring of the Frogkin.
Quest Reward
Ring of the Frogkin, Common is rewarded when completing one of the Repeatable Quests from an Ecology Researcher.
Crafting
Note that the Imbued Jewel of the Frogkin gives less jump strength and less dodge than an epic Ring of the Frogkin.
- Epic Frogkin ring: +1.0 Jump Strength, +10 Combat Dodge
- Imbued frogkin jewel: +0.5 Jump Strength, +2 Combat Dodge
The Imbued Jewel can be socketed into a non-artifact crafted Ring and Necklace items, with the recipe Recipe: Imbued Jewel Socketed Ring or Amulet.
The chance for this item to be yielded from salvaging, depends on the tier type of the item salvaged. Artifact Salvaging Chance to yield an Imbued Gem or Jewel:
