Kortreek is a NPC with the Alchemist inventory for sale, that has the title Magic Supplies Merchant and is located in the Magic Shop in Grusk.

You will need to manually type help and then you will be given the Help Kortreek With Package quest. Then answer either I'll get it for free or I'll get, it for a fee. This will complete the Help Kortreek With Package quest and give you the Mention Kortreek to Dockmaster quest.

If you have the quest Deliver Package to Kortreek and the Kortreek's Package quest item, saying this will allow you to hand over the quest item for a reward. Completing this will give you the Offer Help to Kortreek quest.
