City lot is a property that can be claimed, if unclaimed currently, and then can be used with any City sized home or lesser. You can find various City lots in Towns throughout New Britannia.

Claiming

To claim a City lot, it will require a City Lot Property Deed, Keep Lot Property Deed or Castle Lot Property Deed that is for the specific town type the City lot is located in.

Benefits

  • Having a permanent residence, a place to put down roots, to hang your helmet, to decorate to your taste, to invite your friends over to hang out.
