What version of ABC notation is used.[edit]
There are substantial incompatibilities between each major version of the ABC music standard. Most additional features are ignored (resulting in notes that aren't played) while other times they can prevent some overly strict interpreters from reading them.
As a result it would be useful to know what version of the ABC standard is used and what features are supported. If an import library is used, a reference to the import library might be enough.--Aoi The Blue (talk) 04:07, 16 February 2019 (MST)
I don't see anywhere that references a version for the standard used. It is a library created by Eniko.- Emma Massen created the ABC music framework that we now use in Shroud of the Avatar for player instruments.Update 264
Here is a thread on the forums about transcribing a compatible ABC file, so perhaps you can figure out what variation this is.--Browncoat Jayson (talk) 11:48, 16 February 2019 (MST)
- Nevermind, I found an error thread, and she notes that it should adhere to the ABC v2.1 specifications. The actual library is available on GitHub as well. --Browncoat Jayson (talk) 11:55, 16 February 2019 (MST)
