You will need to have the Cowbell of Reaping equipped in the Instrument Slot, in the Character Sheet. You then will need any Sheet Music placed in your hot bar.
Activating any sheet music, with the Cowbell of Reaping equipped, will apply the Upbeat Music effect on the player, and near by allies in a party.
