Night Vision targets its caster only.
Increasing Night Vision level doesn't affect the focus cost, but lowers the fizzle chance.
Moon Attunement affects the duration.
Stacking and charging glyphs improve the focus cost and duration.
When active, it will make the glow effect from gathering Survey skills on resource nodes difficult to see.
