Esmeralda is a NPC found in the Monastery in Highvale Outskirts.
- I call our glorious leader "Captain BLOWHARD"! I know he can hear me, the imbecile. He insists we call him Captain Burnes, but I'll not follow that directive since I'm treated like a prisoner! He mandated all civilians be restricted to the main square of this monastery! I can take care of myself, I tell you ...except for all that fighting stuff. The worst thing is that he won't do anything about the frostgeist problem in the ruined buildings, below.
