The ticket is given to you by an Ecology Researcher in Roving Encounters (the researcher appears after you have completed the wave battle in the roving encounter). You can only have 1 of these at a time. This ticket can be given to a Magic Supplies Merchant for a reward of gold, experience points, and a Ring of the Frogkin, Common.
