Wymond is an Explorer you can meet at the Camp in Jotungrund (at the north end of the zone, near the main entrance).
Wymond offers the Ignite Signal Fire and Get Frozen Bone Chip quests. He will also give you a Wymond's Token each time you kill the frost giant (the token can either be given to Hisa for a modest reward of experience points and gold, or you can use the token as deco).
