An Bounty Hunter can appear after you complete the wave battle in a Roving Encounter. If you offer to help, the Bounty Hunter will give you a Bounty Slip. If you give the Slip to a Bounty Master, you will be rewarded with gold, experience points, and a Sword of Speed, Common.
