The original name of the Obsidian Eye who founded the Obsidian Empire is unknown. Little it known of him. After he stole the book, he crossed the Vaughban Mountains into the Grunvald plain, eventually finding the first of the Shard Falls. Over time, he mastered this new magick, and others with the gift came to apprentice to him, eventually growing into the Obsidian Cabal.[2]
