I found the ghostly child memory and was given a corporeal representation of her memories. I'm now supposed to seek out the ghost adult memory, then say her rank and name to her: Major Rochelle Icene. This should probably trigger a similar response as did mentioning "Rochelle" to the ghostly child memory.
