This quest can actually start with Veimor. You'll find him hiding out in West Ravenwood, which you'll find just north of Braemar beside South Valeway.

When you enter West Ravenwood (2 skull zone), you'll travel straight at the first turn. You then continue down the road until you see a right turn. You'll see large rock formations and wolves there. Veimor is tucked in behind the rock with wolves around him. You'll need to clear the wolves to talk to him probably.

You'll find Bridget in the house across the street from the Inn in Braemar. When you ask "What is your name" she will say she's the wife of Veimor. Click on the name Veimor and she takes the news and rewards you.
