To get these queries to work properly, we need to do a pass through all of the items in the database and modify the "itemtype" attribute. This should look like this:

Where "is held" is set to "One-handed" or "Two-handed" for weapons, "Chest Armor" for armor worn on the chest, "Necklace" for necklaces, and "Ring" for rings. We should also tag other items as we can (noting slots for "is held" and skills for "uses skill" as appropriate). This is a pretty big job, so it may need to be done via bot.
