Geof is one of the refugees that you'll find to your right as soon as you enter Soltown. He requests that you find an iron blade off one of the undead in East Perennial Trail to better help him fight the undead.

Once you exit Soltown you'll head south west to East Perennial Trail. After entering the zone, you'll find skeletons not far down the road near the large stone structure.
