	\|-		*Town NPCs: Town owners can place a variety of merchants, bankers, town criers, and other NPCs that residents can interact with.
	~~\|External Containers~~		*NPC Buildings: Town owners can place a variety of pre-decorated buildings--even a Moontower or pile of dragon bones--to enhance their towns.
	\|4		*Devotionals: Items known as Devotionals provide 1 day buffs to players and vary in power with your town's occupancy! These Devotionals count against your NPC Building limit
	\|-		*Lights: Town owners can place lighting all through their town to light the way for residents at night time!
	~~\|NPCs~~		*Stewards: Town owners can designate stewards using the town permission system. Stewards have many of the same town management powers that a town owner has, so owners should be careful in choosing their stewards!
